BISP 8171 پروگرام کے لیے اہل ہونے کے لیے، درخواست دہندگان کو درج ذیل تقاضوں کو پورا کرنا چاہیے:

ایک درست کمپیوٹرائزڈ قومی شناختی کارڈ (CNIC) کے ساتھ پاکستانی شہریت۔

ماہانہ گھریلو آمدنی PKR 50,000 سے کم ہے۔

خاندان کا کوئی فرد سرکاری ملازم یا ٹیکس دہندہ نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔

درخواست دہندگان کے پاس زرعی یا تجارتی زمین نہیں ہونی چاہیے۔

بیواؤں، طلاق یافتہ خواتین اور بے روزگار خواتین پر خصوصی توجہ دی جاتی ہے۔

• Pakistani citizenship with a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
• Monthly household income below PKR 50,000.
• No family member should be a government employee or taxpayer.
• Applicants must not own agricultural or commercial land.
• Special consideration is given to widows, divorced women, and unemployed women.

Applicants can register through two methods:

1. Online Registration via 8171 SMS Portal:
   • Send your CNIC number to 8171 via SMS.
   • Receive a confirmation message regarding your eligibility.
2. Visit the Nearest BISP Office:
   • Bring necessary documents (CNIC, electricity bill, registered phone number, children’s B-forms).
   • Provide details at the registration desk and undergo biometric verification.
   • If eligible, registration will be approved, and payments will be processed.

1. Bank ATM Withdrawal:
   • Visit a partner bank ATM (e.g., HBL, Bank Alfalah, Bank of Punjab).

2. Mobile Wallets (JazzCash and EasyPaisa):
   • Register your mobile number with BISP.
   • Receive payments directly in your mobile wallet.
   • Withdraw cash from any JazzCash or EasyPaisa agent.
3. BISP Cash Centers:
   • Visit the nearest BISP Cash Center.
   • Provide your CNIC and complete biometric verification.
   • Collect your PKR 13,500 payment.
